Our founder, Roxanne Baker, has built her career through her determination to help companies grow. With a degree in management from Houghton College, and over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation, she can design processes to meet your specific needs.

She has grown companies from small start-ups to businesses with hundreds of employees, creating top-performing agencies through her natural leadership skills and unstoppable work ethic.

Nevertheless, even after impressive growth, Roxanne has maintained her hands-on approach and is always available for a one-on-one call with her clients.

She is knowledgeable in client relations, human resources, compliance, ethics, call centers, mail processing, and much more.

As an ACA International certified Chief Collection Compliance Officer, she has earned a Silver Stevie Award for “Female Executive of the Year,” and was recognized as one of the “25 Most Influential Women in Collections.”
